Heya guys and gals ^^ Just got back from a week of camping in the middle of nowhere and I took a butt load of pictures. I'll only be putting up some of them though because my dad and i took about 500 pictures over the course of three days. Anyways, photography is pretty new to me and my dad found this really nice camera on the side of the road a long time ago so i decided to use it (i tested it mostly on flowers and non-moving objects so you'll be seeing alot of those). Its some kind Cannon but my dad insists that its a 'Cannon Image Stabilizer Ultrasonic Camera'
Hes such a goof ball sometimes. I must say thats its an awesome little camera though, i can get really high quality pictures with it.
Sadly, i failed to wake up early enough in the morning to see a moose or grizzly bear. Just ground hogs, bugs, rabbits, Pronghorn, and Whitetail. We did see this cool looking bird though, I'll be uploading pics of it. If you can identify the species (like hawk or eagle or something like that) i'd be forever in your debt

The cabin we stayed at was four hours way from home and down a long winding, bumpy dirt road that did hell to my upper back. It was absolutly beautiful there! We were 32 miles away from any of the nearest towns and had to make frequent trips to the gas station in a small town called Alder. The only eletricity we had was for lighting and the fridge and stove. There was an indoor bathroom too (which was nice). The cabin was nice in someways and not so nice in others. Hunters had been using the cabin during the hunting season, so there was blood stains just about everywhere. We had the game wardens tell use to becareful when we cleaned things because there was a chance of getting Hantavirus. But how could i complain? the surroundings were beautiful, and the air smelt crisp and fresh.

Despite the filthyness of the cabin, it was fun. I had some quality time with my parents and good ol' mother nature

On a later note, I wanted to tell you guys that my mother is just fine. shes up and moving around and back to her normal crabby self. theres a very high chance that the cancer will never come back, so that makes me really happy.

Well, thats enough of my rantings for one night. Im going to an appointment to get my drivers license tomorrow so im a nervous wreck right now XD I should be fine though....I hope...
